agenda and concept paper outline

Hi all,

I assume we can all show up Thursday morning without hangovers from firecrackers, right? I'm posting our agenda -- no surprises except to note the request that all updates from now on are concluded with comments/ideas on how to integrate results across objectives and resulting input to publications. If I've left something out we'll accommodate.

I'm also uploading Sue's preliminary outline of the concept paper we discussed last month. I hope you have a chance to look through it so that you'll have comments ready for Sue on Thursday. As always, the little red hen policy will apply for authorship.
