ACES, A Community on Ecosystem Services - Discussions

Hello everyone, I am happy to be a new member in this group.I am a PhD student  working on estimation of  self-purification capacity as an ecologic service in river.   Now our process is to measure and collect  data of nutrients and other pollutants’ retention as self purification capacity of  benefits of this service. Next is to estimate the cost of this natural service and try to translating it into society equivalents and estimating the economic value of this natural capacity.
